I moved to birmingham to start a new life as i was struggling with finding a place to stay and decided to give supported housing a try in birmingham, I have been here in birmingham for around 6 months and the house im living in is the best ive seen compared to the other ones that I lived in Wales, the rooms here are clean spacious with furniture wardrope draws and a bed, the house is clean and quiet, I get on with all the tennants as everyone is friendly and welcoming here, the support worker comes to check on the house and the tennants to make sure everythink is ok and to make sure there are no issuses with anything in the house which may need fixing or replacing, a few months ago we had a washing machine replaced as it broke down and it was dealt with quickly. I would highly recomend supportive housing as its the best move I have made since experiencing many other supported housing accomodations that were terrible compared to this house. ~ Jamal G

Hi I had some family issues and went to an supported accommodation the company is called Community Supportive Housing I was in another housing first then rang up Community Supportive Housingand had straight away answerd the same day and gave me a booking at 8pm and sorted a room for me within a few hours and they gave me what I needed I would highly recommend. Moving into this community has truly given me a brand-new start and a level of stability I didn't think was possible. Having my own safe, permanent space paired with on-site support has completely changed my daily life. The staff are incredibly dependable, patient, and respect your privacy while always being there when you need help with healthcare appointments, life skills, or mental health support. The building is clean, secure, and balances individual independent living with great common areas and social activities. It doesn't just feel like a housing unit; it feels like a community where I can finally focus on my well-being and look forward to the future. ~ itz-asim7866

So far I'm seeing that this is a very good company. My support worker looks out for everyone here and keeps the house well. My support worker is very helpful always answers and if he doesn't he always calls back. He's helping me find 1 bedroom flats when I'm ready to move on. This company supports me with my disability of me being partially blind and ensures my safety is number one priority. ~ Lenox J

The guys are so helpful, they fo there best to find you what you need, they then help you to move in if you need them to, the property's are nice and clean and well looked after, the stage are amazingly friendly and check on you 1 or 2 times a week, the offer you help and support on anything you feel you need, without these guy I don't know where I would be, I highly recommend these guy. ~ Lorraine T
